What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching is a collaborative process between coach and client, designed to help you bridge the gap in between where you are now and where you would like to be. Unlike therapy, which typically focuses on healing the past, coaching is future focused. It will provide you with the appropriate structure, tools, and accountability to create real change. A life coach helps you gain clarity on your goals, uncover what is holding you back, and together, we will build a personalized plan so you may move forward with confidence.

Individual Life Coaching

Individual Life Coaching is a 60-minute session where the client will have the space to share their thoughts, feelings, and perhaps where they are feeling stuck. We will look closely at the patterns or beliefs that may be holding them back, define clear goals, and outline practical next steps to place into immediate effect. Each session blends reflection with action, leaving you with greater clarity, confidence, and a sense of direction to move forward.

The Process

  1. Connect with Me: Complete the contact form to schedule a free 15-minute introductory consultation with a certified life coach.

  2. Discovery & Goal Setting: During our call, we’ll explore your personal or professional growth goals, review coaching packages and rates, and determine if life coaching is the right fit for you.

  3. Start Your Life Coaching Journey: Once we confirm a good fit, your first full online life coaching session via Zoom will be scheduled, helping you take actionable steps toward positive change.

  4. Ongoing Support & Progress Tracking: After your first session, you’ll receive a client package with details, plus weekly session recaps to track progress, stay accountable, and continue growing toward your personal and professional goals.
